Unparalleled service from start to finish! Needing a boiler service at short notice I emailed this company to ask about availability honestly not expecting a positive response. However, Karon (Admin) replied just an hour later and booked in a service the very next evening. As promised, Karon phoned me once Winston was en route. Arriving soon after Winston then completed a thorough service in a friendly and efficient manner. I found both Karon and Winston to be polite and communicative and their customer service second to none. I would have no hesitation in recommending them.
