I have been dealing with a guy called Shaun. He did seal work took cash from us. The leak came back. Been trying to get him to come back and received impolite messages, unprovoked nasty messages where he’s led me on. Like I’m driving, il check my diary, on the roof, texting whilst driving, texting whilst on roof and deliberately antagonising me. This was so he first come back to rectify his work. I can add pictures and screenshots! This is a rogue trader and he’s on various sites. We paid him cash too and write thanks on his business card! I would not recommend this company they making a quick buck cutting corners where the problem will come back. We told him to take pictures before and after of the issue and guess what he conveniently said “I FORGOT!
Please please be careful. He deliberately led me on and just sent another message accusing me of harassment where’s he’s the shoddy roofer…..REPORTED.
