Ed recently replaced my boiler. He installed the new boiler quickly without any issues, rebuilt my cabinet to fit the new boiler, registered the associated paperwork, tidied the utility room after the work had been completed and arranged for the old boiler and its associated parts to be removed.

Fantastic service, will definitely recommend to anyone looking for plumbing/heating services. We had a leak in the pipes behind our kitchen cabinets which caused the kitchen floor to start flooding. Edward came around very quickly and did a thorough job in not just fixing the leak but also tidied up the pipes by removing unnecessary ones that were left there by whoever had previously done a shoddy job on them.
Our boiler broke around the same time and Ed prioritised this job and completed it very quickly. Gave us detailed information about the different boiler options and completed the entire job in a couple of days as well as completing the paperwork with the boiler company after. All in all, the service was top class at very reasonable prices.

Absolutely sterling service, very highly recommended. I started using 1st Avenue for a toilet replacement and was so impressed at the tidiness and professionalism. I then went on to use them last year for a whole bathroom gut and install, combining two rooms into one and then just recently for a complete kitchen gut and install, including rewiring and installation of a skylight. I am overjoyed with the results. As well as a great standard of work, they have good ideas to make things even better and are extremely competitive. I’ve included the ‘before’ photos too, such a transformation for both. I’ve also used them to sort out radiators and all work has been carried out efficiently and pleasantly.
