Inspection and testing
Inspection and testing is one of the most important services we offer.
With the new government legislation for rented accommodation coming in force in July the 1st 2020, by law landlords must have a electrical insulation condition report carried out and all electrical appliances tested in there rental properties every 5 years and on the change of tennants.
We also carry out commercial inspection and testing and fire alarm system testing.
