Andrew, Sam and the team were brilliant. We had the full packing service the day before the move: it was an efficient operation and the whole house (plus very full garage) was all packed up by mid afternoon. The team were careful and everything was individually wrapped. On the day of the move, there was a huge delay in getting the keys to our new house, and we eventually picked them up just as the agents were closing. Despite having waited around for the whole afternoon, Sam, Andrew and team were raring to go and stayed cheerful as ever as they worked late into the evening. Nothing was too much trouble. It really helped us to enjoy what should have been a very stressful day!
