1. 1. How much is a survey or estimate?

Free! We do not charge for surveys or estimates.

2. 2. What is your lead time.

For walls and all roofing services 7 to 14 days. For windows and doors 4 – 6 weeks.

3. 3. How long does the work take?

This depends on the size of the job. Usually it will take 2-4 days for roof and walls. 1 day for windows and doors.

4. Do you carry out small repairs?

      We do not carry out small repairs to roofs, roofline walls, doors, windows or glass.

However, repairs are included in both roof      and wall coating services.

5. Is your work guaranteed?

Yes. All of our services come with a 10 year guarantee and backed up by a manufacturers

      warranty or an insurance backed guarantee.

6. 6. If I request a quote do I have to make my make a decision on the spot?

Absolutely not. Every quote we issue is valid for 30 days and can be extended.

     We respect that making a change to any area of your home is a big financial commitment and may require an extended

period of thought.

7. 7. How small an area will you work on?

For roofing replacement or coating the smallest roof we would replace is 45M2 (both sides of a small terraced roof)

For roughcast, rendering and coating the smallest area would be 40M2 (front and back wall of your home)

8. Do you give a rough price on the phone or via email?

Yes, if you would like a rough price on your job. Send us pictures of your home with a few details as to what you require and

we will be happy to give you a rough estimate. In order to give you an exact price, an on site survey is required.

9. 9. What type of roof replacement do you do?

We stick to what we know best and that is concrete and slate only.

10. 10. Are you expensive?

    We are very competitive but if you are expecting one man band prices we won’t be a right fit for you.
