We are a family run business. Godfrey (Director) has over 40 years of experience in the construction industry as a bricklayer and contractor.

Daniel has 20 years of experience in the industry as a bricklayer and has a SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) Certificate.

Jonathan has nearly 20 years of experience, focusing mainly on groundworks and conservationist techniques along with a SMSTS.

Matthew has a decade of experience in the industry with a HND in Construction Management and also studied Architectural Design.

We use trusted and accredited sub-contractors for all electrical and plumbing works, covered by our insurances.

We have worked on a large variety of projects, some of which have been published. Our renovation of a Grade listed Elizabethan Manor was featured in the Dec 17 issue of The World of Interiors, several of our projects have been featured in Haynes Manuals.

MGB Developments Ltd is a member of both NHBC and Federation of Master Builders offering cover to all works undertaken.

Our knowledge of constructing with a vast manner of materials and techniques, from modern glass and metal structures through to conservation works and traditional practices, aids us in providing a quality service and finished product.

All works of any size are undertaken within the Buckingham, Milton Keynes and surrounding areas. Larger projects from further afield are welcome.
