Our repair process ensures that your vehicle is inspected and repaired to industry standards by technicians, whose priority is getting you back on the road safely.

STEP 1
Drop Off
If you’ve been in an accident, or your vehicle has damage that you would like repaired, simply call us or drop off your vehicle at our bodyshop.
We will provide you with a free computerised estimate and accurately assess any damage before we begin making repairs.
STEP 2
Body Repair
After your vehicle is evaluated, it moves into the body shop.
Here we remove all parts requiring separate repair or replacement, and perform body and structural repair work.
STEP 3
Paint
Once body work is complete, your vehicle begins the painting process.
Our painters utilize computer technology to find the exact color match based on manufacturer codes.
Touch-up kits are available for purchase on request.
STEP 4
Reassembly
Your vehicle returns to the body shop where it is reassembled with all the parts involved in your repair.
Once assembled, it enters a final quality control check to ensure all authorized repair work is completed and that the job reflects our standard of excellence.
STEP 5
Clean & Polish
A trip to James McKeown Accident Repair isn’t complete until we treat your vehicle to a complete wash and vacuum.
This final step ensures your vehicle will look pristine upon pick up and allows us to check cosmetic repairs one last time.
STEP 6
Quality Assurance
The safety and complete satisfaction of our customers is our top priority.
When you leave your vehicle with us, we’ll hand back the keys once your vehicle is returned to its pre-accident condition.

Collection
As soon as your repair is complete, our team will contact you and invite you in for the final inspection and paperwork.
We will review the vehicle and repairs side-by-side before completing the final documentation and handing back your keys.
