All our work comes with a ten year guarantee with deposit protection and insurance backed guarantee. Just recently our sealed units have been made with Super Spacer bar which have a twenty year warranty. We are the only Independent Warranty Association member to achieve 14 merit awards for customer satisfaction since 1998. Just recently we have become Solidor Premium Installers with a range of composite doors on show in our showroom in Whitstable and been vetted by Which as a Trusted Trader and for the past six years Trading Standards Approved.

Unlike most double-glazing companies, we do not employ representatives who only want you to sign on the dotted line after they have bored you to tears until 2 am in the morning.

All of our new members of staff are given in-house training and are fully vetted by Mr Paterson himself. This ensures that we provide only the level of design and fitting that we have strived to meet on every single on of our window, door and conservatory projects.
