The Company prides itself on a professional and pleasant mannered approach to construction work, ensuring a good relationship with its clients and a superb quality of finish to all works carried out.

The Company itself is experienced in many aspects of construction within both the domestic and commercial sector. We offer a variety of building services ranging from small maintenance works such as plumbing, electrical alterations and decoration to large extensions, full-house refurbishments and bathroom alterations.

Our trustworthy, reliable and friendly nature, along with our superb quality of work has allowed us to receive the majority of our Contracts from large Organisations such as Birmingham City Council and City College Birmingham. We endeavour to complete works to the highest quality, within the agreed time-frame and budget.

Brief History

Advance Building Services (Midland) Limited has been trading since 1995 under the name “Advance Building Services” and has recently undergone a change of name. We have been Birmingham City Council approved for the entire 16 year period of trading and hope to be for further years to come.

Works are completed to ‘Birmingham City Council’ approved standards assessed by registered Birmingham City Council inspectors. This therefore enables us to carry out works for Organisations such as ‘HouseProud’ and to continue our membership with the Federation of Master Builders year upon year.
