External Render & Insulation
Consilio are brilliant! They came in at the end of a project to extend the rear of our 1930’s house. They were by far the best building contractors we dealt with. They superbly project managed their bit with timely & clear communication throughout. They are very knowledgeable about construction & made several good suggestions that improved the final build whilst keeping to our budget. Their chaps were a pleasure to have at our house, always polite & keeping mess to a minimum. . They finished the work ahead of schedule & we couldn’t be more pleased with how the house looks. Many neighbours have complemented us on it. Additionally, we have already noticed a difference with the insulation as sound & draughts noticeably minimised. We’re looking forward to a warmer house this winter whilst keeping fuel bills down.

Fantastic work done by Consilio

The boys did an outstanding job fixing the EWI on our back wall. Rafal and Pawel worked very fast and completed the job as soon as the weather allowed. The results are fantastic; the wall looks better than expected. The communication with the whole team was great (Adrian assisted us with all our queries throughout the project). I would thoroughly recommend this company to anyone thinking of improving their home. Thank you!

I have worked with Consilio on a number of constructional projects, where I have been involved providing design and Planning consultancy services, These projects have ranged from change of use renovations of old shop units to residential flats, full residential home refurbishments, large extension projects and External Wall lnsulation installations, there quality of work, work ethic, programming, budgeting and desire to see, “A job well done”, and a satisfied client makes them a pleasure to work with. Problems are addressed in a workman like manner, with the clients and other agencies fully involved. They are contractors who I have no hesitancy in recommending to clients.
